Pre-Algebra, Elementary Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Algebra & Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus and Introductory Statistics.

*Pre-algebra* is ideal for a one-semester course that serves as a bridge between arithmetic and algebra. The basic philosophy of this course is to strengthen students’ arithmetic skills and introduce the fundamental concepts and vocabulary of algebra in a nurturing, non-threatening environment while addressing the needs of students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.

LEVEL: PRIMARY, SECONDARY & HIGHER ED

*Elementary Algebra* is designed to meet the scope and sequence requirements of a one-semester elementary algebra course. The organization makes it easy to adapt to a variety of course syllabi. Each microlearning topic expands on the fundamental concepts of algebra while addressing the needs of students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Used in order, it builds upon previously developed material to demonstrate the cohesiveness and structure of mathematics.

LEVEL: PRIMARY, SECONDARY & HIGHER ED

*Intermediate Algebra* continues the philosophies and pedagogical features of *Pre-algebra* and *Elementary Algebra*. Each lesson helps students gain confidence in their ability to succeed in the course and become successful college students by introducing the concepts and vocabulary of algebra in a nurturing, non-threatening environment while also addressing the needs of students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles,

The material is presented as a sequence of small and clear steps to conceptualize understanding. The order of topics was carefully planned to emphasize the logical progression throughout the course and to facilitate a thorough understanding of each concept, however each microlearning topic can also be used effectively by themselves or in any order.

*College Algebra* provides a comprehensive exploration of algebraic principles and meets scope and sequence requirements for a typical introductory algebra course. The modular approach and richness of content ensures that each microlearning resource meets the needs of a variety of courses. *College Algebra* offers a wealth of examples with detailed, conceptual explanations, building a strong foundation in the material before asking students to apply what they’ve learned.

LEVEL: SECONDARY & HIGHER ED

Written and reviewed by a team of highly experienced instructors, *Algebra and Trigonometry* provides a comprehensive and multi-layered exploration of algebraic principles. It is suitable for a typical introductory algebra course, and was developed to be used flexibly. While the breadth of topics may go beyond what an instructor would cover, the modular approach and the richness of content ensures that the course meets the needs of a variety of programs. *Algebra and Trigonometry* guides and supports students with differing levels of preparation and experience with mathematics. Ideas are presented as clearly as possible, and progress to more complex understandings with considerable reinforcement along the way. A wealth of examples—usually several per lesson—offer detailed, conceptual explanations, in order to build a strong, cumulative foundation in the material before asking them to apply what they’ve learned.

LEVEL: SECONDARY & HIGHER ED

*Pre-calculus* is adaptable and designed to fit the needs of a variety of precalculus courses. It is a comprehensive course that covers more ground than a typical one- or two-semester college-level pre-calculus course. The content is organized by clearly-defined learning objectives and includes worked examples that demonstrate problem-solving approaches in an accessible way.

LEVEL: SECONDARY & HIGHER ED

*Calculus* is designed for the typical two- or three-semester general calculus course, incorporating innovative features to enhance student learning. This course guides students through the core concepts of calculus and helps them understand how those concepts apply to their lives and the world around them. Due to the comprehensive nature of the material, we are offering the course in three volumes for flexibility and efficiency. Volume 1 covers functions, limits, derivatives, and integration.

*Introductory Statistics* is intended for the one-semester introduction to statistics course. It focuses on the interpretation of statistical results, especially in real world settings, and assumes that students have an understanding of intermediate algebra. In addition to practice and homework sets, examples of each microlearning topic are explained step-by-step throughout and followed by a “Try It” problem that is designed as extra practice for students. This course also includes collaborative exercises and statistics labs designed to give students the opportunity to work together and explore key concepts. While the course has been built so that each microlearning topic builds on the previous, it can be rearranged to accommodate any instructor’s particular needs.
